Rental & service
With every enquiry we set out the running costs for your chosen period transparently — we handle them openly and fairly. Special extras such as pool heating in the winter months or above-average air-conditioning use may be charged separately.
We are glad to share the deposit amount on request; it is set out in the rental agreement.
Yes. On request, our concierge team arranges exclusive additional services before your arrival or during your stay — from a private chef, daily housekeeping, airport transfer and chauffeur to yacht charter, personal trainer or in-villa massages.
A thorough cleaning of the house is included once a week; for longer stays, regular interim cleaning and a towel change are added. Further services such as a private chef or massages we are always happy to arrange.
Pets are possible on request and with prior approval. Weddings, parties or commercial photo shoots always require separate written permission and additional insurance.
We are glad to quote the rent on request — tailored to the period and scope of your stay.
Following our written confirmation you will receive the rental agreement. The booking becomes binding once the deposit of 50 % of the total price has been received.
The balance must reach us no later than 60 days before the arrival date.
Cancellations must be made in writing. As we hold exclusive periods firmly for you, staggered cancellation fees apply depending on the time of cancellation. We therefore recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
Regular check-in is from 4:00 pm and check-out until 10:00 am, allowing time for a thorough deep clean. An earlier check-in or later check-out is possible by arrangement and subject to availability.
Your personal villa manager or concierge welcomes you at the property, hands over the keys and introduces you to all the technical details — smart home, pool and alarm system included.
